At Ebebek, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a size or style isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ebebek account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization code.
Pack the Items
Place the unused clothing with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
